2007 Calendar

Well, finally we've the new calendar!
What's your opinion? It's better than the last year?

I think that reduce Albacete to 6 hours it's bad (will be the race in the night?) and the new Qatar race can be funny. I supose that WEC guy's have to test the new ilumination system for Doha circuit to race in the night before MotoGP will celebrate the first "night GP". Assen 500 it's out of the calendar, but it's better for the championship: who's the fool that last year put this race a week before Le Mans!?!?

As an endurance fan I'm disapointed that Assen500 en Zolder are moved out of the world endurance calendar....reason unknow...money perhaps?

Only positieve news for the Belgian fans is that Primo and Herman Verboven put hands together and most important that Didier Vankeymeulen joins Phase1 this season.

The Belgian Jadoul team took two victories in 2006, one @ zolder the other @ the Bol.

Wim Vandenbroeck a young and very fast pilot and world champion in the superproduction class (Zone Rouge junior) enters FIM Superstocks 1000 in 2007...but is still interested in doing Endurance races , he told me a few days ago...but for the moment no seat in endurance?

There are no less than 3 Endurance competions in this "small" country.
